Will obtained a Masters Degree in Audiology from the University of Southampton in 2006. He went on to complete clinical training placements in NHS hospital-based audiology units in Essex and London where he gained valuable clinical experience in Adult and Pediatric Diagnostic and Rehabilitative Audiology. A desire to be able to spend more time with patients and to work with the latest hearing technology led Will to move to the private sector in 2017. With a friendly, approachable manner, in-depth clinical expertise and extensive experience, Will managed a branch for a large national hearing care provider with consistently high customer satisfaction and many word-of-mouth recommendations. Eventually, the commercial pressures of working for a large high-street company became incompatible with the desire to provide exceptional clinical service and consequently he made the decision to become an Amplify partner.
